The 30-day guarantee.

Do the first ten lessons and the drills that go with them. If you're not skating better after 30 days, email me and I'll refund you in full.

No form to fill in, no hoops. Email theo@radmedia.com.au from the address you bought with and tell me it isn't working for you. I'll refund the payment and your access to the course ends.

The detail

The guarantee runs for 30 days from your purchase date. Refunds go back to the card you paid with and usually take five to ten business days to appear, depending on your bank. If you paid in a currency other than Australian dollars, you get back exactly what you paid — the refund uses the same exchange rate as the original payment.

Outside the 30 days, email me anyway. If something's genuinely wrong I'd rather sort it out than have you stuck with it.

Your rights under Australian law

This guarantee sits on top of the consumer guarantees you have under Australian Consumer Law, and doesn't replace them. If the course isn't as described or isn't fit for purpose, you're entitled to a remedy regardless of anything on this page.

In-person sessions

Cancel a booked session more than 24 hours out and the credit goes back on your account. Inside 24 hours, message me — if I can fill the spot, you keep the credit.
